Ex- Physician Charged with Sexual Assault Allegations Against Thirty-Eight Individuals in His Care
Legal authorities report that a ex- physician has been charged with performing sexual assaults involving 38 victims who were patients.
Details of the Grave Allegations
The accused, Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham faces allegations of dozens of acts of sexual assault – comprising acts against children younger than 13 – spanning the period from 2017 to 2021.
A deputy chief prosecutor said, “Legal teams have diligently worked to assist a thorough and intricate investigation, carefully reviewing the available evidence to determine that there is a strong case to bring the case to trial and that it is in the public interest.”
The Police Inquiry
These allegations come after what police called a “detailed inquiry” into reported assaults at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley.
The defendant is scheduled to appear at the local magistrates' court on January 20th.

- Fifteen counts of assault.
- Seventeen counts of penetrative assault.
